Subject: My RGV500 Project and BRG Racing.

Folks,

For all you guys out there who keep pestering me when it gonna be ready
my RGV500 (www.youngie.com/rgv500.html) page has finally been updated 
for the last time regarding BRG Racing.

After two years of work BRG Racing have failed to complete this project
in either a timely or financially viable way thus I have no other option
than to take the project away from BRG and have it finished elsewhere.

For two weeks Marc Alexander and I spent hours and hundreds of dollars
on the phone to BRG trying to come up with some kind of mutually
pleasing solution regarding some form of compensation for BRG's 
over priced frame and 2 year time frame. This weekend we have finally
given up.

Scott Baldwin has been kind enough to pick up the bike from BRG racing
and deliver it to a place where it can be finished hopefully in a timely
manner and in time for the Superbike gathering in May.

I currently have a call in with my attorney regarding this unacceptable
treatment and I fully intend to take legal action against BRG racing
for their unreasonable costs and timeframes.

So, sorry guys it's gonna be on hold for while until I find someone
else to finish the project up for me. I'd like to thank Marc Alexander
personally for trying, to no avail, to come to an agreement with BRG
and for managing the project for me over the past couple of months and
I'd like to thank Scott Baldwin for going to pick the bike up for me.
